OPERATIONS SERVICES:
Building Management is responsible for all public and common areas of the building including:
- lobbies
- stairs
- elevators
- corridors
- restrooms
- windows
- mechanical systems
- electrical systems
- plumbing systems
Any non-standard items such as moving equipment or furniture, mounting pictures or white boards, changing door locks, and replacement of non-standard light bulbs shall be provided by engineering at an additional charge of parts and labor at a rate of $40.00 per hour with a half hour minimum.
