The Bank of America Center Building was completed in 1974.  The building consists of the 25 story office tower and the adjacent 4 story pavilion.  The property is owned by American Financial Realty Trust and comprises 540,765 rentable square feet of office and retail space.  The building includes an on-site eight story parking garage with 516 parking spaces as well as the Shockoe parking garage located on 12th & Canal which includes 624 spaces.
